Hamilton Employment Law Paralegal
Raima Razzaq practices Employment Law and Human Rights Law as a paralegal at Molyneaux Law Professional Corporation. Since paralegals are permitted to practice Employment Law in Ontario, using a paralegal for employment law problems can be a cost-effective way to save clients’ money. Raima provides cost-effective Hamilton employment law services to clients across the Golden Horseshoe and beyond. Raima serves clients in Hamilton, and across Southwestern Ontario including: Brantford, Cambridge, Kitchener-Waterloo, Guelph, Milton, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Ancaster, Dundas, and Stoney Creek.
Always a passionate defender of those who are vulnerable and those who are unfamiliar with Ontario’s employment laws and Ontario’s human rights laws, Raima chose to practice as a Hamilton Employment Law paralegal, to assist clients in employment law and to advocate for people who are underserved by our justice system.
Prior to working with Molyneaux Law, Raima worked at a prominent Hamilton law firm where she used her skills to advocate for clients suffering from both occupational and non-occupational injuries.
Raima’s dedication to defending human rights began as a result of her work with Legal Aid Ontario (LAO). During her time with LAO, Raima worked in the Appeals Division office where she helped to promote the cause of access to justice across Ontario. During her employment with Legal Aid Ontario, Raima worked on a wide range of legal issues across the areas of employment law, workers’ compensation law, and human rights law.
Her experiences, including her own personal advocacy for her family and community members in the workplace, encouraged her to become an employment law paralegal. Raima’s dedication to her work is a valuable asset to her clients. She is honoured to be a part of the team at Molyneaux Law where she can provide compassionate and cost-effective legal representation to her clients as a Hamilton Employment Law paralegal.
Raima is a licensed member of the Ontario Paralegal Association.
Outside of work, Raima loves to spend time with her toddler, travel, and watch documentaries.
